Corporate-In-Residence – Sharing Legal Knowledge

ACE.SG is bringing you an exclusive Corporate-In-Residence session with WongPartnership LLP on 18 March 2025, 2pm-4pm.

Get one-to-one legal mentorship from top-tier lawyers and gain expert insights into key legal matters affecting your startup. Whether it’s corporate structuring, fundraising, contracts, or compliance, this is your chance to receive tailored legal guidance to navigate the complexities of running a startup.

By signing up for this event, you have agreed to be in the ACE Mentorship Programme, which is a voluntary partnership between yourself and the mentor-in-residence. For it to be a rewarding experience, it is agreed that:

1. Role of Mentor: The Mentor is to provide guidance and advice in the best interests of the mentee. Such advice is to be provided based on the best knowledge and in good faith of the mentor. The mentor shall not be liable for any perceived or real damage, claims resulting thereof. The Mentor shall disclose all conflict of interest to ACE and/or the Mentee prior to the mentorship.

2. Role of the Mentee(s): For the partnership to work, the Mentee(s) shall provide all information essential to the above and devote effort to execute the Mentor’s proposed recommendation once agreed.

3. The Mentor and Mentee(s) are strongly encouraged to continue the mentorship upon the expiry of this agreement, on terms and conditions to be worked out mutually.

4. The Mentor and Mentee agree to keep the content of these meetings confidential.

5. We have informed attendees that Mentoring is distinct from consulting. We request mentees to focus on seeking guidance for challenges rather than expecting mentors to provide specific solutions.
