Candice is presently the Interim Chief Operating Officer at Xorra Innovation, an early-stage investment platform of Temasek. She was previously the Chief Commercial Officer of ShopBack for over half a decade, coming off her time as Managing Director of ZALORA group.

She is a Board Member at Enterprise Singapore, ShopBack, Pick Network, and is a member of the Future Corporate Capabilities and Innovation sub-committee and at Pick Network.
